Workgroup and Internet E-Mail

OfficeTalk's E-Mail is very easy to use with all of the features that you would expect from a standalone mail package. In addition, OfficeTalk Mail is both MAPI and VIM compliant which means that it will interface with Microsoft Mail™ and Exchange™, Lotus cc:Mail™ and Notes™ Mail and many other popular E-Mail packages, allowing OfficeTalk workgroups to be integrated into existing corporate mail systems. Users can send Mail to individual users, groups, public bulletin boards and to outside contacts. Documents and tasks can be mailed to users and their status tracked. Organisations implementing the Workgroup Internet Gateway also benefit from workgroup-wide Internet Mail from within OfficeTalk, which also provides the potential for low-cost Intranet Mail for multi-site organisations.
